Please show me your table saw router set up. I have a 10" General cabinet makers saw and it came with a router table extension. I just bought a PC router and would like to see installation photos or set-ups.
TIA

PS: Great forum by the way.

Mine is kind of a mongrel but it works quite well for me. It came about because I got an unbelievable deal on a Bench Dog top and plate from the local Rockler outlet. $75 for the top AND the plate, NIB but returned by someone. I was planning on building my own setup, but for $75 I bought it and made some adaptations.

What I did was to buy some angle iron from the Borg and hang it off my Incra rails. I then made some crossbeams to support the table, and screwed the whole thing in place. Once my initial construction was finished I built a support leg from the table down to the floor so the rails didn't have to support the whole weight.

I plan to enclose the space between the rails and the table with little storage racks for my bits, wrenches and other tools but so far that hasn't gotten high enough on the priority list.
