I'll chime in and say that purchasing various bearings and collars was one of the more beneficial router accessory purchases I have made. Like you, I needed a bearing on a bit I already had. Brian at Holbren came through as usual. I ordered a few different ones and have since picked up a kit on sale at Woodcraft IIRC. I haven't run into a need I couldn't meet for awhile now. Its always a good feeling to me when I can pause and say to myself "yeah, I got something for that".

Core box bit, a bearing with the correct I.D./O.D., and a lock collar.

As was already said, you could get a regular core box bit with a 1/4" radius (1/2" diameter) and mount a bearing. There are flush cutting pattern bits out there reasonably priced you could get the bearing from, often sold as a hinge mortising bit.

But if you want one complete, just type "core box pattern router bit" into google and you will have no trouble finding many offerings.
