So I had been looking for some beech around these parts and $2.89 /BF was the best price I could find. So a fellow creeker posted about his beech gloat and I noticed he was in Utah too. So a few PM's and a few weeks later he was kind enough to get me some beech also, requesting nothing in return. Just a decent guy willing to help.
Estimates are at least 600 BF if not closer to 650 BF for $50 plus fuel ($28.00)getting down and back. So about $.12 /BF. My plans with the wood is a studio easel, canvas carriers, and drawer boxes.
