Pinnacle m series 25 watt

I have a lead on a 6 yr old lightly used Pinnacle m series 25 watt machine. Can anyone give me their thoughts on this machine?

Its a good workhorse machine , slow but reliable.
If it hasnt got a new tube , I would pass however as the chances of getting a lot more years use out of it are slim.
With a new tube , *I* wouldnt pay more than $5-6k for it , without a new tube but still working , about $1500 or more less.
