No big message, just testing to see how cold the water in the creek is. Feeling pretty creaky tonight.....been moving furniture out of my folks house all day.

It's surprising how quickly the waters here at the crick have become comfortable. I hope to do a lot of wading here in the future. Hope you'll be doing the same.

Rick -

Welcome. Don't even need hip waders to get in.

...you showed up!

Dinner's on the stove, bread, still warm, in the microwave...

I think this would be a good place to pitch a tent and hear Tip-O-the-Day tales from the "Village Icon"...

I can't get over all the convenient features.

You can search all your previous posts.
You can search all of your buddies posts and see what they are interested in.
I love the Avatar image thingy
You can search through members area and find member's websites.... (Quickly)
Adding photos w/o having to first upload to a website is a real timesaver.
I haven't used the Quote feature but others have used it very effectively.
It's easy to add a Link. I was always afraid that I would be breaking some rule on my other forum if I added a link and I hate conjuring up HTML code just to make a point.

There are many more great features. This reminds me of my first car with one of those little door buttons. Of course, these features aren't just smoke and mirrors. These features add to the ease and enjoyment. What will they think up next?

Tried having a picture like that taken once. Happily, the Photographer had good insurance for the broken cameras...

Yeah Dave, he took my picture with that same camera and claimed he had the ugly filter on it but it didn't work in my case.
