Good day, Yesterday I bought from my nephew this jointer ,it was just sitting outside in a tempo type garage, I took it home and I am starting to clean it-up a little bit. I can't find anywhere the name of this jointer, there is no ID plate, the blades are 10 inches wide (3) There is two knobs one a each end, and two more knobs underneath the jointer. The motor is a GE 1 HPm 110/220 14.6 amp 1730 RPM and has a double poulie. It runs like new. I already have a jointer Beaver 6 inches and I like it a lot, so this one is going to be for sale or trade in for a Band saw. Anybody out there can tell the name, looks like a Beaver... and also where I can find spare parts because the blades guard is missing.

Merci

Go to OWWM.com and look at the machine listings for 10" jointer. You can also join the forum at OWWM.org and ask for help in identifying this thing. Those guys live for "old arn". They may even have the part you need.

Nice jointer - Beaver is a good guess, they are stout machines.
