Looking to upgrade my 14" Grizzly G0555 to a 17" or 18". Any recomendations? I'd like this to be my final saw.

I have 110v power, but that MIGHT change in a couple years if I ever upgrade my tablesaw....

I'm looking at this one: G0513x2.

One thing I find a nuissance is recalibrating and tensioning after blade changes, which I have to do relatively frequently. Is there a saw for which this op is notedly easy? I'm guessing the G0513x2 will be about the same in that dept as my G0555.

Thanks in advance.

You can't go wrong with the G0513x2. Great saw at an even better price!

I've owned a G0514X for 2 years and I'm happy with it. If the model with the cast iron trunnions and blade brake was available when I was purchasing I would have spent the extra $ for it.

For the price I don't think you can go wrong with the 513X.

If you have the space, keep the G0555 for use with a smaller blade in order to minimize blade changes. The 513X has a tension release lever so it will be easy to tension the blade before you start to work.
