For those that have used M&G near Houston, what did you think of the color/quality of their walnut? I understand that it is Texas walnut. I want to build a reproduction period piece, so want the walnut to be as good as I can get in the area. Thanks.

Wish I could help since I was there this past thanksgiving. I didn't remember seeing any walnut then. I ended up buying 250 bdft of pecan. Very nice people and he let me dig thru the stack of pecan to get what I wanted.
