oval/circular part nesting

Anyone know of a [good, downloadable, freeware (any two of the three)] sheet layout/nesting program that will handle non-rectilinear parts. I use CutList Plus normally, but, on the horizon I see a need for cutting out a mess of circular/oval/freeform parts from plywood sheets.

If worst comes to worst, CutList could handle them as square/rectangular envelopes but it would be somewhat more efficient if they could be nested a little more tightly than that.
