I got a used bandsaw that needs a replacement blade tensioning screw. I am sure Jet can supply that, but is there another place that may be more economical? It is a JWBS-14OS.

I upgraded to this one. Much better than the factory screw....

My tension screw stripped out and had to be replaced. The nut also was bad. I went to Ace Hardware and got some threaded rod and a nut to fit and made a new tensioner with a round wood wheel made from scrap. Can't get any more economical.

Bud, I think that is the path I am going to take. I already got my hands on some 3/8" allthread. Thanks for the advice.
