ramp walker

does anyone know how to make a ramp walker toy? i have seen a wooden duck with a fixed front leg and a pivoting back leg "walk" down a ramp, but the physics seem mighty fussy, and the best i have been able to do is not good enough.

I have been looking but can not find the plans, there is some stuff on You Tube but no plans yet.
