Looking for New York Police and / or NYNJ Port Authority vector files

Hello everyone,

Wondering if anyone has any vector files that could be used for either police or Port Authority in New York, New Jersey designs. I know its very broad, but I am thinking about putting together everything from a badge, to a collection of "icons" or Police/ Port Authority related images on a new design. I use Illustrator and sometimes find that I can't import all .cdr files.

patches
etc...
