If you know what you're looking for and can't find it commercially why don't you post your question in the laser engraving section of SMC? Stencils are very easy to do on a laser engraver. There's probably someone near you that could do them.

Not sure of the quality or size you're looking for, but I recall seeing some in Lowe's next to the house/mailbox lettering decals.

I'm not sure what you mean by stencils, but you can have almost anything cut from vinyl at a sign shop that can be used as a stencil.
