Went out snowshoeing this afternoon and when Colleen and I returned - had a big box sitting on the front step!

WOW - one of John Keeton's bombs hit here as well! Thanks John for the beautiful spalted Maple! I already see a vase in the smaller chunk and a southwestern style hollow form in the larger piece! Looking forward to turning them - but will have to wait for a few days due to some commission work.

I will also do like Brian suggested and post photos of everything as it progresses. That way folks can learn what not to do - should they want to try hollow forms!
