I am lookin for a good price on a Vicmarc l00 chuck, can any of you help me out, packard is 209.00 Thanks in advance.

I could be mistaken, but the vicmark looks like the same chuck as both the grizzly and PSI barracuda 2 chucks @ $99 or so

Defiantly not the same . . . I have a VICMARC VM 100 and just about every jaw set available for it . . . I have seen the PSI, had one and sent it back . . . I was going to buy one for my wife's lathe . . . .

I have the VM100 and it is a dandy chuck. The $99 grizzly is a clone of the VM100 and all the VM100 jaws will fit that chuck. I have 3 of the grizzly's and 3 different VM100 jaws on them. They are a good chuck for a good price IMHO.

Would that be the Model H6264, 65,66,67 etc . . . for $99.95 on page 130 of the new Grizzly Catalog? If so, & you say it works I'll order one in the morning . . . That way we will have (2) chucks . . .

My lathes use both 1 X 8 and 1 1/4 X 8. So I have H6265 1 X 8 for the small lathe and the H6267 for the big lathe 1 1/4 X 8. I like mine and use them most everyday. They work as well as the Vic. I am about to order another H6267 for the Vicmarc pin jaws I have.

Thanks guys, but I want another Vicmarc not a grizz, they are not the same or even close. Can I get a phone or web site , and price thanks again. Just ck ed out KMS and good site, but Packard is 209. KMS is 2l9. Plus Canada shipping is more. IF someone knows of a better price, I'll go with it.
