Interesting Pen

David Keller was nice enough to send me a bunch of pen blanks to add to my (pretty much non-existant) collection. I made my wife, who is a school teacher, a necklace pen. Apparently it's not cool for women to wear pocket protectors in their shirt pockets :)

She picked out the pen blank from David's batch. I had my doubts because it looks liked David spilled glue on his scrap pile and cut a pen blank out of it. But to my surprise it came out really cool, and I have actually spend the last few days researching laminations.

Glad your wife liked the blank. I glue them up from the little cutoff pieces left over after making pens. You did a nice job with it.
