16-32 jet plus sander owners

would anyone who owns this sander know where to get the reset motor switch besides jet.23.95 plus shipping.breaker was constantly tripping so i bypassed breaker and observed with ampprobe while sanding was operating.amp draw never went over 13 amps.rehooked breaker it tripped at 10.5 amps.this breaker is rated for 16 amps.any help on electrical parts store appreciated.thanks jim.

That not covered in warranty? I would think that if you are measuring and observing the fault below its set value that you could tell jet and hope they replace it.

Try them, they usually have all of the parts for most of our machines. Otherwise call jet. Eitherway it will probably run what your were quoted. That is not too bad a price for a machine specific part.

i found one on ebay 15 amp for 11.95 shipped jet wanted 23.97 plus shipping.while observing amp draw.it never went over 13.8 amps.i love this sander now.guess i should have checked this before.
