I already have an "order" from the wife for a chest inspired by the "Little Black Dresser".

Seriously though, that's some really inspiring work. I particularly like the "little black dresser". Unfortunately my wife isn't into "whimsical" but it would be so much fun to try to design crazier pieces.

That's the most interesting thing I've seen in a while. I like the "rock furniture" too. I may try my hand at making something along those lines, such as a bathroom vanity.

Really cool stuff. Some of them are really over the edge. Some of them remind me of a dresser I recently completed but had not posted here yet. I did enter it in a contest on Finewoodworking.com and placed 2nd and I won a lot of Bessey clamps! The top is purpleheart, drawers are jatoba and zebrawood, and the carcass is curley maple.

Man that must be hard to keep gaps consistant. Actually it must be difficult all the way around, I struggle enough with straight lines. Very neat design and execution, last time I saw one of those was after a trip to the mushroom patch. Too bad the top is just about useless though, not much is going to stay put on that thing.

Actually, from the look of the top, only 1/3rd of it is at any angle. The left and right look flat as can be, making it useful for clocks, a lamp or whatnot.

Or at least that's the impression I get from looking at it. :)

The gaps weren't too hard to handle. I clamped the drawer fronts to the drawers and traced the lines from the inside and cut them on the bandsaw. The top is actually level in 2 places ;), but we finally gave up and attached the TV to the wall. Some people were concerned that the socks would roll to the other side of the drawers, but that hasn't been a problem.
