Sanding Target 9000

Can the Target Oxford 9000 Series Super Clear Polyurethane be sanded?

Not sure if you mean sanding between coats or rubbing out the final finish, but I'm fairly certain you can do both with sc9000.

I let the previous coat dry and then after 24 hours I went ahead and gave it a quick scuff down with 320 sand paper and then put on a second coat.
It seems to be doing fine.
