Grizzly G0513x2 bandsaw question

From replies from owners on here I will get this saw. I also have a 18" Jet that uses 133" blades. The grizzly uses 1311/2". Any way that the Grizzly will accept a 133" blade as I have 12 of that size?

I don't know the answer, although I suspect you're out of luck unless you want to shorten and reweld. Only my guess. Have you tried asking grizzly tech support?

David, I would say my saw ( GO513x2) won't adequately tension that blade. Don't rule out getting your blades cut down to 131 1/2 and rewelded, or do it your self. Woodcraft sells a kit that is fairly cheap.

I was hoping the adjustment was enough to use longer blades. Keeping the Jet also. If it does not work I will have to buy 133" blades.
