Lee Valley Tools

I just wanted to say that I had a very positive experience with Lee Valley tools recently. I purchased a hollow mortise chisel set and associated set of diamond cone sharpeners. The sharpeners arrived in a plastic box but had come loose during shipment and were rubbing against each other (not a good thing for a sharpening cones). :mad:
So I called Lee Valley and asked for a replacement set, but stipulated that they needed to individually wrap the two cones to insure no repeat damage.
Well the packaged arrived in several days and sure enough each of the cones was individually wrapped to prevent damage. Now all I have to do is ship the damaged cones back shipping pre-paid. Great company. :D

I've been buying products from Lee Valley for years & have "never" been disappointed, it's good to hear that other woodworkers have the same experience. Top notch company.
