Friction Bowl Sander

I saw this on another site and thought the Creek might like it.

I made this 1 today. Cost me $1.80 for the PVC the rest I had on hand. The only thing missing is the Velcro. Craft Supply sells it for $10.00 for a 6" x 12" piece.

yes, very nice tool. i made a different one myself a few months ago, but am always looking for another/better sander. i'll be trying this, too - thanks for showing us!

Velcro can be gotten at most military surplus stores very cheep.
