Not to take anything away from the woodworking skill, which is impressive, but I don't think anything you control by moving levers counts as "robotic"

You could just as easily replace the mechanical lever action with a motor of some sort.

I take my hat off to his or her talent for mechanical engineering combined with a tradition in working with wood. Robotic in the truest sense perhaps not but here we see a person who goes beyond what many of us only dream of.
We who post and lurk on this sight may not be working with articulating geared arms but we fancy our selves clever if we make a unique jig or put up images of cabinet joinery to inspire others and receive feedback.
