What can 25 watt laser do?

Guess its my night for asking questions, so please be patient..As I said in earlier post I own a 25 watt Universal 2.0. I know its capable of engraving anodized aluminum and on wood, but what else is a 25 watt machine capable of doing, could I cut very thin anodized aluminum for business cards etc..

No you can't cut aluminum, but probably wood up to 1/4" thick +-, you can etch glass,granite,marble,leather.. As a matter of fact you can probably etch everything a 100watt laser will etch, only slower.

I used a 25 watt ULS for 8 years and there were only rare instances when I couldn't do some of the things the higher wattage machines could do.

On my 4 year's experience with 25 watt laser the best thing you can do is engraving..by the way, very good on black granite. To cutt i recomend a more stronger laser.
