Family Handyman DC Tip - NOT!

So I was perusing the latest issue of The Family Handyman magazine (Feb 2010) and on page 70 there's a DC tip. The submitter found that chalking over the open end of the self-cleaning aluminum gates plugged up an air leak. Genius! Plug up the clean-out port of the self-cleaning gate. :eek:

Yep. Guess eventually he will find out why there is an intended air leak there.
