I was thinking about updating my voicemail options to something like what they do at the Nestle Crunch Hotline (1-800-295-0051).
I know that some people don't like that option when you are asked if you want to continue in English or Spanish.....so if you wait quietly for about 10 seconds, you will get a third option with Nestle. Definitely press 4 to hear the other options.
And yes Mods......I fully expect you to move this thread!
