I have some questions about trusts and estates and was curious if anyone here at the creek worked in these areas. Maybe shoot me a pm if you do.

You need a good attorney to get them set up properly...all the eyes need to be crossed and tees dotted to insure things work the way you want them.

I talked with some people today and that was their #2 recommendation after a CPA, but those 2 need to work together as I understand it so far.
