i put a lead washer in between the blade and the steel washer and it cut the vibration in half I think I'll try about a 3" washer with an "o" ring groove toward the outside edge next.

Dan,

I have posted that I really don't care for the Forest Woodworker II. Just today, I found a stiffner that I had gotten some time ago and put it on the TS. I improved it alot but still chips during crosscuts. It's better over all, but I still don't like the blade.

I ordered a Freud P410 today. I hope it solves my problems... :o

Good luck to you, Ken

I have a 12 year-old 30T WWII that cuts great.

Needed another blade for the sharpening rotation, so bought a 40T WWII on sale at Amazon. It cut horribly in the same plywood the 30T WWII cut cleanly. Don't know what was wrong, but sent it back to Amazon, and they refunded the purchase.

Tried a Ridge Carbide 40T, and love it.

Hope this isn't a decline in quality at Forrest, it would be a shame.
