So I'm trying to make a wooden 3 ring binder scrapbook size (12 x 12) for my fiance, I was just wondering if anyone else does this or knows where to get just the metal part so I dont have to buy a 3 ring binder and rip it apart for that piece. I've made some for just the 8.5 x 11 and I'm thinking about adding these to my list of things I sell so if its a distributor or something that would be fine too. thanks for any help

I'm not sure what the sizes are, but the big craft stores (Michael's, Hobby Lobby) carry blank wooden photo albums that are ready to decorate. Colorado Heirloom carries them also.

Really off the wall web site :cool:Yeah, but they sell binder mechanisms...at least I think they do.

Or maybe they just trade binder mechanisms for industrial-grade pharmaceuticals.

Not sure if they sell the binders or just powder coat them??

most 12 x 12 scrapbooks use threaded post bindings. I think walmart has 3 ring binding on the cheaper scrapbooks. go to lineco.com for the scrapbook components.
