Nice find! I just recently got a Delta 17-900 that is in pristene condition for $160 but I think that Jet looks like a better machine.

I really like jet products and I do have a jet lathe. but I needed a dp real bad and got a (ugh) HB drill press 16 inch 12 speed for 22 dollars. 1 hp motor and i tell ya give me the thinnest wood you have to make pens with and I can drill it knowing it will drill straight... BUT this dp also made the list of HB stuff that actually worked.. congrats on the jet dp and not meaning to steal thread, for to long anyway..lol

Thanks for all of the congratulatory replies. I have done well with Craigslist in the past several years, but I think that this is the best price percentage bargain I have found.
