Epilog Mini - Display / Control Panel Buttons Not Working

We’ve been using the engraver for the past hour and all of a sudden the buttons on the display (control panel?) won’t work. Some of them do (power, focus, speed, up) but the others don’t do anything (go, stop, set home, xy off, pointer, etc). We tried restarting the machine with both the switch and unplugging it. Any other ideas until we can reach Epilog directly? The machine is only a year old. Of course we are in the middle of a job that we need to get done this weekend! (What else is new, right? :confused:)

I'd check the cables first (from where they exit the control panel and where they plug into the logic board). If not a cable, sounds like it could be the logic board. (I had to replace mine - and they are spendy.)
