After over a year of searching I finally snagged one:D.
Just got home with this..... 1950 model with a 3ph bullet motor. for 350.
I hope i did OK... now I need to find A VFD to run it any suggestings on where to find one for the saw??

Looks identical to mine! Nice snag!

I got a Teco FM50 VFD from FactoryMation, I believe it was $140, this is where all the guys on OWWM get them from...

Nice looking saw. You should gloat about getting it with the dust door. You can buy a fiberglass reproduction goose egg motor cover. Look at OWWM. I bought one and the guy does a fine job on them.

I can't speak to the VFD other than what I've read here. I think the jist is that a static one is cheaper but delivers reduced horsepower, the electronic jobs give you full power (I'm sure there is an upper limit on the HP they can support) but cost more. If you see for three phase bargains in your future, might be worth the cost to get the more capable unit.
