Mt granddaughter, who lives with me, will be 14 on Dec 29. She loves "professional" wrestling...go figure. So,anyway, in a moment of great weakness I bought two tickets for her birthday to a "professional" wrestling match at the Izod arena here in NJ & planned to take her on her birthday...I was not looking forward to it but she was very happy so I figured it was well worth it. On Christmas my son (her uncle) asked what she was getting for her birthday & she told him about the tickets...I, of course ,moaned about having to sit through 2 hours of "professional" wrestling. My son said "I'll take her if you don't want to go"! Needless to say I took him up on it immediately.So I get the benefit of giving her a birthday present she really wanted & the double benefit of not having to go (Remember she lives with me so I see her, do math homework with her,drive her to school, pick her up after school wrestling practice (she's a manager)etc., every day) What a great Christmas present.
