Hello all,

We're visiting relatives in Nashville, TN and I'm wondering about wood sources for turning blanks. I know there's a Woodcraft in Franklin, but they didn't have much last time I was in there.

Anyone know about other places?

How did you get out of Oklahoma??????;):cool: Must have left before the snow hit. We got nailed up here big time along with up to 65 mph winds. Just had to give you a hard time as I heard it was one of the biggest snowfalls down there. I have been to OKC probably at least 45 times with the FAA going to school at Mike Manroney Aeronautical Center.

Bernie, we flew out Wednesday and have managed to avoid the weather all together. We're headed back tomorrow, and I hope the roads have gotten better as we'll be driving from Tulsa to Enid.

Slim pickings in Nashville. For some reason Knoxville has better choices. Try this place - http://www.generalindustrialsupp.com/Site/Welcome.html
I haven't been there yet but it's the only other place I know around Nashville that carries turning stock..
