Last minute rush-order.. Chopsticks and the little holder thingy...

He took the set home and ordered 12 sets, with holders and some kind of box i have to design.

they are 3 mm i the small end and 6,5mm i the fat end. 26 cm long.

Wood is Walnut, and the piece in the background is how the finished product will look. a shaft part from different hardwoods, zebrano, black locuts, elm, Masur Birch, various burls. the a piece of aluminum or copper, and a the eating part in walnut.

The small holder is a few thousand year old bog oak

Rasmus..these are very classy. How is the wood glued to the metal piece? Seems like that might be a weak area that could break?

Very sharp looking... Chopsticks now on my list of things to turn. I'd love to see a shot of the whole ensemble once you're finished

Rasmus - congrats on your commission! Nice work on the chop sticks and the bog oak holder is a very classy touch to the set! Looking forward to seeing a photo of the complete 12 piece set! Nice work!
