Can I borrow your KFF-81F Drill Press Manual???

My FIL has decided to tore his 1985 16 speed drill press in my wood shop. :D However, I can not find any manual for this DP and dont know how to change the speed by manipulating the belts.

Any help would be greatly appreciated...... Ken
