The air assist tube on my Epilog 45 watt Helix machine seems to becoming loose; it pivots some but does not seem to be bent. Anyone know how to tighten this back up? Thanks in advance for the help!

Will,

With the machine turned off, open the lid and move the I-beam (bar assembly) towards you. Follow the air-assist metal tubing back to the engraving head (lens, mirror). If you look on the left side of hole where tubing enters the engraving head block, you'll find the small Allen head set-screw which holds the tubing in place. Now you know what to tighten. Should be a 1/16" or 3/32" Allen wrench.

Before you tighten it, make sure the table is clear of fingers, hands, object etc. Turn the machine on.

Disable the axis and turn on the red dot pointer. Place an object on the table and manually raise the table up to around the focus point.

Position the air-assist nozzle so that the air exit point, points at the red-dot on the object.

Tighten and voila!
