Just in time for X-mas.
This first one is my second bandsaw box. I used some very nice lacewood and bubinga for the handles. Design is straight out of a Lois Ventura book on these type of boxes. Flocked the inside of the drawers.
It was already given to my 8 yr old niece for x-mas, to hold her hair clips and things. She loved it.

This other box was made as a rush gift for a friends little girl. Certainly not the fanciest design, but I incorporated a "hidden" drawer for her to hide her most prized little things.
Curly maple and purpleheart. You can see I got a chunk of tearout on the front left side. Being a "rush gift" I didn't have time to fix it properly. It's more noticeable in the photo, and the box is for a 5 yr old who a0 won't care, and b) will probably give the box many more scars anyway.

can i ask how you kept the drawers 'level' while cut out the pockets? did you use a router for that?

Nice boxes. That bandsaw box is one I've been intending to try and the Maple is really stunning on the other one. I happen to like that design, too. Thanks for showing.

Those are some very nice boxes! Very nice contrast with the curly maple and purpleheart. Makes me really wish the parts for my bandsaw would come quicker.

Keep up the good work, Ryan!

Nice work on both. The maple/purpleheart is stunning, but that lacewood is a beautiful piece - fantastic wood, and a great design.

Extremely nice work and I love the BS box. Got to try one of those someday.
