Pen Boxes

A while back I had the bright idea to engrave a pen for a friend's birthday, this then needed a box .... so I worked on the design of a box downloaded from Ponoko and came up with the attached. I cut the boxes out of stiff coloured card and raster the name on the box. I found the small slits down the folds help but they would probably not be needed on thinner card. They are a bit fiddly to put together but are worth it. The small square is to drop in to the bottom for more support.

By the way, the friend came back with a large Christmas order :)
