This is a Christmas present to myself. I was going to wait untill early next year to buy it, but went ahead and got it since they have them $300.00 off until the first of the year. This bandsw is built like a tank. It weighed 667 pounds in the crate it came in. I got my nephew to help me push it out of the bed of my truck and down the ramps. I was worried that the tail gate might not hold it, but it did a great job. I hope to use it for the next 40 years and then let my son have it when I'm to old to use it. I'm going to build a base to set it on to raise it up 5" for me to use. The 35.5" table height on most heavy duty bandsaws is just to short for me.

Congrats Jack! I have the twin to that one in my shop. My two sons will fight over it following my demise!

Thanks everyone. It is a well built saw for sure. I do think it will out last me and be in use long after I'm on this old world. I have been using a 18" jet for several years that is in my school shop. It is one of the reasons I went with a top of the line band saw company's.
Thanks again,
Jack
