Wooden door knobs

Has anyone turned a door knob for a standard passage door? My need replacing and I was thinking about turning the knobs but don't see anyplace to just buy the hardware. I guess I could rob it from the handles on the doors.

If anyone has ideas, I am open to suggestions.
