Made some toys for my grandson for Xmas as you can see maybe too many (he is 9mo old) :DBut had fun turning the tanker out of pine all were made out of 2x6 pine the wheels 64 dullys and 26 singles that was not the bad part I told a freind at work and he wanted to make his grandson a fleet to so I came up with the tool in the picture to turn the wheels easyer on the lathe since there was 128 dullys and 52 singles:eek: all done now sprayed with minwax gloss.

Great idea for a labor saving tool! Can't get over how many wheels you turned!

No batteries and the only sound comes from the imagination of the person playing with it! My idea of a toy. Nice job!

Well I was supposed to have my grandson out in the world already and he is being very stubborn! I guess it must me much nicer in his momma's tummy than out in the cold here in the Wisconsin winter! But soon I will be making a bunch of fun toys for him like yours! My Dad made tons of trucks and tractors for us when we were little, anyone else who wanted some! They are great!

Your grandson won't know which one to play with.
It will keep him busy for sure.
Nice job on the wheels, and, I love the tool you made.

When he stops playing with them (probably seven or eight years from now), snag a few and have them put away to pass on to HIS children. Wonderful gift.
