Brian - I would not say that I know a lot about pad printing but I have looked at some of the machine a I know a little about them what information are you looking for?

Is it hard to find an ink that's tough enough to withstand an autoclave and an ultrasonic cleaner?

Try NAZDAR.

Some inks may require heat or exposure to UV to cure.

Nazdar does supply good inks!

Just make sure the room your doing it in is WELL ventilated.. A previous supplier of mines daughter suffered quite a severe toxic fume problem from one their booth was set up next to at a trade show..
