Been busy lately :p! This piece is a good foot tall, 3" or so in diameter. Not sure which wood it is, but here it is, anyways. Many coats of Danish oil, 2-wheel buffed, Renaissance waxed.

Wow that's an interesting piece of wood and a unique shape, never really seen it before but I like it. Works nicely with the wood.

I really like this piece... it's gorgeous wood, and I love the way the spalting seems to pour down in through the opening at the top. Very cool.

I like this one! Very interesting wood! The grain gives it an almost liquid quality and looks like stain or paint flowing down the sides. Cool effect!
