My son purchased a house and we built our own cabinets, mainly through the knowledge gianed though this site by being a long time stalker, but this is my first post. I am a pro at the search feature.

In the corners of the upper cabinets we made them 45 deg. with a glass insert and grills. Also on the outer edge of the frame of the door we put at 45 deg. edge and it looks real nice. My problem is in finding a hinge that will work. We have been using Blum 120 clip tops on these frameless boxes we made. Any of the 45 deg hinges I have seen look like they need a 13.5 mm cup only 4 or 5mm from edge, which there is no way I have that depth available because of this 45 deg. edge. I really don't want to start over because of the time I have in making these grills look right in these 2 doors.

Any ideas, is there such a thing as screw on 45 deg hinges or has anyone else made these kind of doors with 45 deg. edge, also the box of these corners protrude about 4 inches, like you see on others, I have not drilled any holes in this door as of yet, I can just tell there won't be room for the cups unless they can be installed about 13mm in away from the edge.
