Stanley and MF parts

Will a Stanley lever cap fit a Millers Falls plane body and frog? Also are the iron's and chipbreakers interchangable with Stanleys?

The short answer to your questions is yes. As long as the MF and Stanley planes are of equivalent size (MF 9 = Stanley 4) there should be no problems interchanging the blade, cap iron and lever caps.
