I ran across an old crosscut today, stamped Farwell, Ozmun, Kirk, & Co. Two medallions on the handle: the usual Warranted Superior, and another that read 'gilt edge.' A quick search tells me that FOK was a hardware concern in the Twin Cities, and some version apparently still supplies hard goods to Sears, Target, etc... No info on who made the saws back in the day, though. Just curious.
