These are from some scrap wood that I had around. The roundish one is from the woodpile and I don't know what kind of wood it is. The other is an off cut from a blank I picked up at WC, and I've forgotten what it was too. The curvier one was inspired by a slightly middle eastern pattern on a pillow. I think it kinda has a minaret look to it. That one is finished with Danish oil and then waxed. The other is bare wood sanded to 600 and waxed. They are destined for my wife's office mates.
