Finish for pendants?

Turned a couple of pendants, need a good durable finish that will pop the grain on some figured maple. What are y'all using?

I've only made 2, I used CA on them. But that was because I was too impatient for poly. I think it would be a great choice for them.

I have made a couple and used Deft rattle can lacquer on them. Sister is wearing them and they still look pretty good after a year.

I tried Waterlox, Will see how they turn out when buffed.
