Veri-grind 2 set-up help needed

I've learned from a search here that perhaps the Wolverine VG2 isn't the cat's meow it's promised to be, but that aside, I'm hoping someone can help. I've misplaced the instructions for setting it up . . . [EDIT: I found help on the DVD, still may have questions, as it doesn't feel all that stable. Off to play with it some more....]
